Peace Corps Week
Promoting World Peace and Friendship
February 26-March 4, 2007

Since 1961, more than 187,000 Americans have served in 139 host countries around the world as Peace Corps Volunteers. Each year during Peace Corps Week, this tradition of service is honored as thousands of RPCVs celebrate the Peace Corps' anniversary by sharing stories of their host country experiences with their local community. In doing so, RPCVs continue to build bridges across cultures-bridges to friendship, cross-cultural understanding, tolerance, and ultimately, peace.

Join thousands of other RPCVs, PCVs, staff, and friends of the Peace Corps in promoting world peace and friendship during Peace Corps Week-February 26 through March 4, 2007. All registrants will receive a free presentation kit, which includes the Peace Corps Week newsletter and fact sheet, a colorful poster size world map as well as Peace Corps logo stickers and 2007 bookmarks for your audience. Register online today to participate during Peace Corps Week and receive your free presentation kit within a week!
